Instructor-led, online courses are delivered via your computer through an easy-to-use web conferencing tool (GoToTraining) that allows for real-time interaction between the instructor and participants. Students will screen share with the instructor and connect to the audio using VOIP or a phone. No travel is required for instructor-led, online courses.
You will attend the course using GoToTraining, our online virtual classroom environment. You can find information on system requirements for using GoToTraining at http://support.citrixonline.com/GoToTraining/all_files/GTT010003
If you meet the system requirements, your download should be completed within a matter of minutes. It typically takes less than one minute.
A headset with a microphone is preferable for the instructor-led, online classes. However, using the speakers and microphone of your computer is also an option. If neither option is available, you will need to dial into the conference line with a phone. The phone number is provided on the GoToTraining invitation.
Yes, each course comes with a set of student materials which are delivered as PDFs via GoToTraining. There is a Materials section on the GoToTraining control panel that will allow you to download them.
