Course Description

This course gives merchants, marketing managers, and other admin users hands-on experience in setting up and managing a Magento store. After the course, students will know how to:

  • Set up and manage their Catalog, including: Category structure, product types, layered navigation, product relations
  • Manage customer accounts and groups
  • Set up and use tax rules, payment and shipping methods, store emails, and reports
  • Create and manage orders, invoices, shipments, credit memos, and RMAs
  • Use Magento‚Äôs marketing features to create promotions, coupons, promotional emails, banners, and other marketing enhancements
  • Set up multiple stores on a website
